Venise N. Maybank, EA, MTAX, is the Founder and CEO of Elite V Biz & Associates, Inc. Venise manages Elite V as the parent company that shows her bookkeeping, taxation, investor, ecommerce and business consulting companies. Venise an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Services, who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. As an enrolled agent, Venise represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service on several tax issues including audits, collections and appeals. Venise has been providing tax services to individuals, high net-worth accredited investors, small to mid size businesses and non-for profit organizations for over 16 years.
